RETREAT OVERVIEW
This is not a diet retreat or a bootcamp — it’s a coming home.
The Liberation Retreat is a four-night, three-day immersive experience focused on nervous system regulation, embodied living, and community connection. Together, we’ll move beyond survival and into celebration — integrating your recovery through body, mind, and spirit.
➡Each Day Includes:
💜Morning Embodiment & Movement Practice
💜Gentle, trauma-informed sessions designed to help you feel grounded, alive, and connected to your body’s wisdom.
💜Daily Process Groups
💜Facilitated circles for reflection, emotional integration, and compassionate witnessing.
💜Free Time & Nature Connection Quiet spaces for journaling, rest, forest bathing, or simply being.
➡Personalised 1:1 Support - Every participant will be assigned a retreat counsellor for:
✨A Pre-Retreat Preparation Session (virtual)
✨A Post-Retreat Integration Session (virtual)
✨You’ll be encouraged to work with a counsellor you know less well. A unique growth opportunity to experience new insights, perspectives, and relational healing.
✨Each guest will also receive a 1:1 Nutritional Counselling Session with Dr. Amy Reichelt, neuroscientist and nutrition expert, to deepen their understanding of brain–body recovery. Dr. Reichelt will also be on site throughout the retreat for ongoing guidance and support.
We’ve created several room options to make this retreat both accessible and deeply comfortable, so you can choose the space that best supports your rest, connection, and reflection.
MEALS:
➡Breakfast and lunch are prepared individually and enjoyed in community, allowing for mindful independence and shared conversation.
➡Each evening we’ll share a group dinner, nourishing body and spirit with whole-food, sugar-free, and flour-free meals that celebrate recovery.
➡One night we’ll dine out together at a restaurant specially chosen to accommodate our food plans. (Optional, Not included in R&B)

Why Sweet Sobriety?
Because recovery is about remembering who you are beneath the noise. It’s about moving from self-criticism to curiosity, from isolation to community, from rules to rhythm.
Every participant helps co-create the safety and magic that makes Sweet Sobriety MORE than a program; it’s a sanctuary of shared humanity. This retreat is designed for women and non-binary individuals in or seeking recovery from food addiction, disordered eating, trauma, or related challenges.
We honour the full spectrum of recovery. From early awareness to long-term sobriety, we offer a compassionate and nonjudgmental space for all lived experiences. Out of respect for our collective healing, this retreat is a sugar-, flour-, and substance-free experience.
