Join Kristina Dobyns, PhD, for an educational and experiential webinar exploring sensory modulation as a powerful, body-based tool to manage binge eating urges and restore self-regulation. Drawing from her groundbreaking dissertation research and her own 20+ year journey with binge eating and food addiction, Kristina introduces strategies you can do anywhere, anytime—without props—to ground your nervous system, increase body trust, and shift out of autopilot.
Whether you’ve tried everything or are just starting your recovery journey, this webinar offers a fresh, embodied path forward.
You’ve tried willpower. Now try something that doesn’t betray your biology.
Let’s rewire some sh*t.

Dr. Kristina Dobyns is an integrative recovery specialist, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, and founder of Beyond Binge Eating, a platform for women recovering from binge eating, food addiction, and compulsive eating.
She holds a PhD in Somatic Psychology, a Master’s in Exercise Science, and certifications in Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention, Mindful Eating Awareness, and numerous other therapeutic modalities. Her work integrates neuroscience, abstinent and ketogenic nutrition, sensory regulation, and somatic psychology to create a comprehensive, biology-informed recovery framework.
Dr. Dobyns’ passion for nutritional therapy stems from her personal recovery from decades of binge eating and ultra-processed food addiction. She experienced profound transformation after rejecting the “All Foods Fit” philosophy and embracing a metabolically supportive, abstinent, animal-based ketogenic approach.
Today, she offers science-backed resources designed for women who’ve “tried everything” and still feel stuck. Her work supports clients in regulating their nervous systems, stabilizing metabolism, and cultivating true nourishment—physically and emotionally.
Dr. Dobyns believes that lasting recovery requires a full-body approach rooted in compassion, biology, and individual nuance. Her mission is to help women feel empowered, healthy, and free—so they can stop surviving and start living with clarity and intention.
"Tell me, what is it you plan to do with your one wild and precious life?"
